Terms of Service

The Registry is a public directory where artists and groups in Northern Virginia can list their work so the public can discover and contact them.

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Listings cost $10 per year, charged through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each year until cancelled. You can cancel any time from My Listing; your listing stays up until the end of the paid period.

Fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.

Listings are reviewed before publication. We may decline, hide or remove any listing or account that is inaccurate, offensive, infringing, unlawful, or otherwise doesn't fit the Registry's purpose.

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, text and links you submit. You confirm you have the rights to them and grant us permission to display them on the Registry and to promote the Registry.

The Registry only helps people find and contact artists. Any commission, booking, sale, price or payment is agreed directly between the artist and the client. Edutainment Productions Inc. is not a party to those agreements, does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any work or service, and is not responsible for disputes, losses or damages arising from them.

Don't misuse the contact forms (spam, harassment), attempt to access other accounts, or interfere with the site.

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Registry is limited to the listing fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
