Privacy Policy

Artists: name, artist or group name, email, street address, phone, county, discipline, description, social media links, and the photos or video you upload.

Visitors: the name, email and message you enter in a contact form.

Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Approved, paid listings show your artist name, discipline, specialties, county, description, social links and work samples. Your email, street address and phone are never shown publicly. Messages from visitors are forwarded to you by email without revealing your address.

To run the directory, review listings, process payments and renewals, send service emails (like approval notices), forward contact messages, and respond to support requests. We don't sell your information.

Only service providers needed to run the site: Stripe for payments, our hosting and storage provider, and our email delivery provider — or when required by law.

You can edit your listing any time and delete your listing or account from My Listing, which removes your media. Payment records may be kept as required for tax and accounting.

Uploads are stored privately and shown through time-limited links. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

The Registry isn't directed to children under 13, and they shouldn't register.
